We’re just steps from Banker’s Life Fieldhouse, less than a mile from Monument Circle and Circle Centre Mall. Our balcony is the largest in downtown (which contains a putting green if you need to practice your golf game). It also overlooks a courtyard, is on the route for the St. Patrick’s Day and Indy 500 parade, not to mention you can cheer for your favorite team when the BIG 10 tournament comes to town. It’s truly one of a kind.

As an Online Marketing Consultant, Hagen Yungwirth ensures a flawless homeowner experience by attracting high-quality service professionals to the HomeAdvisor network. In Indy, we’re truly a tight knit family. Our office is fun, inviting, collaborative, exciting, competitive, fast paced, and rewarding. We love to hold team outings, which may be anything from an Indian’s baseball game, to a happy hour at Scotty’s Brewhouse. Need a stress reliever? Why not play a game of Donkey Kong or Pacman on our 60-in-1 arcade machine, or lounge in one of our oversized bean bags while catching up with a buddy. Quitting time means grabbing a beer from our kegerator and enjoying the views from our expansive balcony. We love what we do and have fun doing it!
