Prior to joining HomeAdvisor, DiClerico was the senior home editor of Consumer Reports, where he produced award-winning content on real estate, remodeling and other topics. He was also the senior associate editor of Martha Stewart Living and the associate editor of This Old House. DiClerico is a versatile spokesperson who has been featured on CBS This Morning, Fox News, The Today Show and Wall Street Journal Live. DiClerico has also written and contributed to numerous books, including “The Just Right Home” (Workman, 2013), which he co-authored with Marianne Cusato.

Brad Hunter spearheads HomeAdvisor’s analysis and tracking of housing markets and the home improvement industry using proprietary data from HomeAdvisor.
In his former position, Mr. Hunter was chief economist and director of consulting for Metrostudy where he orchestrated hundreds of area-specific housing market studies over his 18 years at the firm. He also presented original research and insights to the federal agencies that focused on the housing industry during the depths of the housing crisis.
With nearly 30 years of experience in housing market forecasting, Brad Hunter is a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and has authored numerous articles and chapters in books for ULI, including Market Profiles. He is regularly cited in local and national journals, and has recently been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg News and CNBC. His analysis is also featured in a book called Foreclosure Nation. He graduated in 1985 from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in economics and has been a guest lecturer at Harvard University.

Chris Terrill, HomeAdvisor’s CEO, specializes in e-commerce, online marketplace structure, strategic planning, on-demand technology and company rebranding.
Terrill is a seasoned Internet veteran with 16 years’ experience working for top tier brands such as Nutrisystem.com and Blockbuster.com. Most recently, he spent six years with Match.com. As Match’s Vice President of New Brands and Verticals, Terrill launched new online brands, including Chemistry.com. Terrill also serves on the board of Realogy, the premier provider of residential real estate services in the United States, the National Kitchen and Bath Association board and the Board of Advisors for Denver’s high profile Quarterly Forum. He is also a member of the Business Experiential-Learning Commission which focuses on integrating work-based education and training into Colorado schools. In 2016 the Denver Business Journal named Terrill the Power Book winner for Technology, Telecom and Aerospace.
Terrill has appeared on FORTUNE Live and spoken at conferences and events such as Denver Startup Week and the 2016 Street Fight Summit as an expert on brand positioning, concept development, organizational restructuring and online and offline marketing.
