Kevin Joyce started with HomeAdvisor as a sales associate in 2011. His can-do attitude and laser focus on professionalism won him a place in management just a few years later. Now, as a sales director, Kevin leads a team of 60 sales associates and sales managers — in fact, some of the best teams on the floor. Kevin lives on Long Island with his wife Erin and is a die-hard Jacksonville Jaguars fan.
Brian Bramswig joined the HomeAdvisor team in 2013, after graduating from Bentley University with a degree in economics and finance. His high-energy approach to sales and his natural interest in helping others quickly elevated him to a position as one of HomeAdvisor NYC’s first corporate sales trainers (as well as official DJ for the sales floor). After helping to build a thriving training program, Brian transitioned to management, where he is currently leading a team on the sales floor. Brian enjoys watching the Knicks and sneaking his dog, Scooter, extra treats when his roommates aren’t looking.
Erica Sherman joined HomeAdvisor in 2013 as a sales associate, earning the title of salesperson of the month three times in her first year. Now, as a sales manager, Erica oversees a 15-person sales team and uses her energy and excitement to help her team meet their goals on the sales floor. The encouraging work culture and summertime breaks on the terrace are Erica’s favorite things about working at HomeAdvisor.
WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK HERE:
At HomeAdvisor NYC, we’re like a big family. We eat meals together (HomeAdvisor supplies all employees with free lunch and dinner every day), and we collaborate and hang out together too. Typically, our days start with coffee and end with craft beers. In between, we break up the days with Ping Pong tournaments, hula-hoops, scooters, hammocks, and scrabble games out on the terrace.
