Head 10 minutes in either direction and you can be downtown for a game or up at Red Rocks Amphitheater for a show. Ryan Hay started at HomeAdvisor in early 2016 as a sales representative in the lower downtown (LoDo) office and transitioned to the position of Business Center Customer Care Advisor in April of 2016. He enjoys helping HomeAdvisor service professionals to make changes to their accounts, while also offering advice on how they can see a better return on their marketing investment. His adaptability and devotion to providing the highest service to service professionals has made him successful at HomeAdvisor. Ryan’s favorite part about the job is the emphasis on the human side of business.
Brandi Pratt started at HomeAdvisor in April 2015 and currently is a member of the customer relations team. She is responsible for finding and creating smart solutions to problems that arise in the HomeAdvisor service professional network. Brandi attributes her success, which includes a promotion after three months in her position and being named MVP multiple times, to persistence and consistency. Brandi’s loves the people who work at HomeAdvisor and who make it a meaningful place to come to each morning.
Mitchell Kelly is a customer care representative that started at HomeAdvisor in 2006. He handles outbound calls to homeowners to assure their projects are going well and also assists other customer care representatives on their calls to ensure success. Known for his work ethic, Mitchell attributes his success to great training and encouragement from his fellow coworkers. He loves the culture and atmosphere of the Golden campus and is proud to be a part of the HomeAdvisor team.
WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK HERE:
In Golden, we make it a point to balance our hard work with plenty of play. Our Mayor of Passionate Customer Service organizes daily contests, competitions, and frequent pot lucks to keep a light-hearted and fun atmosphere full of comradery and friendship. On Mondays, we dress down, and we buy breakfast! Lunchtime means it’s time to grab a bite from the on-site deli or Friday food truck, then head out to the courtyard with our colleagues to work off that meal by shooting some hoops, hitting up a nearby hiking trail or taking a cruiser bike out for a spin. Of course, one of our favorite things about working here is the steady stream of festivities we get to enjoy throughout the year — events like BBQs, employee appreciation parties, and crazy summer picnics. We’re like a big family here, and we get to have lots of fun doing what we love to do!
